What we collect on this site

This is a brochure site. It sets no advertising cookie, uses no third-party tracker and does not measure your visit.

The only collection is the contact form: your name, your email address, your business name if you give it, and your message.

Also recorded when you send it, for technical and security reasons:

  • the date and time of sending
  • the originating IP address, kept for at most 30 days and used only to limit automated submissions

Why, and on what legal basis

  • To answer you: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR article 6.1.b).
  • To prevent automated submissions and abuse: legitimate interest in protecting the service (article 6.1.f).

We do not use this information to send you marketing without your agreement, and we do not sell it to anyone.

For how long

  • Contact messages: 3 years from the last exchange, the usual period for a business contact.
  • IP addresses: 30 days.

Who has access

Messages are read by the Webavis team and by the technical team that operates the server. No other recipient.

Technical processors:

  • OVH SAS (France) — hosting of the site and the form, on a server in Strasbourg; backups in Roubaix.
  • Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) — delivery of the emails the service sends you: address confirmation, password resets, invitations. Resend receives your email address and the message, nothing else.
  • Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States) — anti-bot verification of the contact form, through the Turnstile service. Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical signals about your browser, for as long as it takes to confirm you are not an automated program. It receives neither your name, nor your email address, nor your message, and sets no advertising cookie.

Transfers outside the European Union

The server hosting this site and storing form messages is in France.

There are two transfers outside the EU: Resend in the United States for email delivery, and Cloudflare in the United States for the form's anti-bot check, within the limits described above.

What about your Google listing data?

It falls under the WEBAVIS application, which has its own policy: “Application privacy”, at the bottom of every page (webavis.ai/en/app-privacy).

Two principles already hold there: access to your listing is granted by you on Google's own consent screen and revocable by you at any time; and no reply or post is sent without a named person approving it.

Cookies

This site stores one thing in your browser: the language you chose, if you change it. There is no advertising cookie, no analytics, and no sharing with a social network. You will therefore not be shown a banner.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. Write to contact@webavis.ai: we answer within one month.
