Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling

The Pro and AVI plans are monthly with no commitment. You cancel yourself, at any time and without giving a reason, from your account: Billing, then "Manage my subscription". You can also write to contact@webavis.ai from your account's address.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. You keep your plan until then, nothing more is charged, and your account returns to the Free plan: your listing stays connected and your data is kept.

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no cancelling: you can delete your account whenever you wish.

Refunds

A month that has started is due: we do not refund part of the current month when you cancel or move to a lower plan.

We do refund in full:

• a payment taken twice, or by mistake;
• a payment taken after your cancellation took effect;
• a month in which the service was unavailable for more than three days in a row through our fault.

Refunds go back to the payment method used, within 14 days of our agreement, with a credit note available in your account next to your invoices. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Changing plan

Moving to a higher plan is immediate: for the current month you pay only the difference, pro rata. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the month already paid.

If a payment fails

The payment is retried automatically for about two weeks and you are told by email. Meanwhile, you keep your plan.

If every attempt fails, your plan is suspended: the Free plan's limits apply, with no data lost. As soon as the open invoice is paid (Billing, "Pay my invoice"), your plan is restored.

For any cancellation or refund request: contact@webavis.ai, with the invoice number concerned. We reply within five working days. Please write to us before disputing a payment with your bank: it is quicker for you, and free.
