What people ask us before signing.
Do you change my website?
No. WEBAVIS does not touch your website and audits nothing on it. The score reads your Google listing, and city pages are hosted by WEBAVIS.
Do you publish without my approval?
Never. Every review reply and every post waits for a person to approve it. The product cannot work any other way.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT recommends me?
No, and nobody can. We measure whether you are named, from which sources, and how that changes. This measurement is part of the AVI plan.
Is it free?
The Google connection, the score, the task list and your reviews are free with no time limit and no card required. The Pro plan (€19.90 excl. VAT a month) adds content written by AI; the AVI plan (€59.90 excl. VAT a month) measures your visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.
Is the price per location?
Yes. One subscription covers one location, that is one Google listing. If you have several shops, each listing has its own subscription, even when one Google account manages them all; for a network, ask for a Custom plan.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. Every price is shown excluding VAT; 20% VAT is added on top.
Do my customers need an app?
No. A QR code or a link is enough: your customer installs nothing and creates no account.
Can I add my team?
Yes. You invite whoever you want and compose the roles: a manager can draft replies without being able to publish them.
When do the “Coming soon” features arrive?
Early 2027 for the phases held by the contract. Anything marked “On the roadmap” has no date, and we will not invent one.
