What we will never do, and why. These practices get listings suspended by Google, and they are the reason nobody trusts ratings any more.

  • We hide no reviews

    No filtering, no deletion, no “reputation management”. You see everything, the one-star included.

  • We do not ask only the happy customers

    The review link is the same for everyone. Asking only satisfied customers is against Google's rules, and it shows.

  • No reward in exchange for a review

    A reward can be tied to a visit or a purchase. Never to a rating, never to a review being left.

  • We do not write your customer's review

    We draft your reply, not their review. That difference is the whole point.

  • Nothing is published without a person

    Every reply and every post waits for someone with the right to approve it. That is a constraint of the product, not an option.
