Terms of sale
Last updated: 28 October 2026. They apply to every WEBAVIS subscription taken by a business, free or paid. The French version is the one that binds.
1. Who sells, to whom
The service is provided by WEBAVIS.AI, a French SASU with share capital of €1,000, 92 rue Baudin, 92300 Levallois-Perret, France — RCS Nanterre 131 492 878, VAT FR16131492878 ("WEBAVIS").
WEBAVIS is for businesses: shops, trades, independents, agencies and networks. By creating an account you confirm you are acting for your business ("the Customer").
By subscribing, the Customer accepts these terms. They prevail over the Customer's own purchasing terms unless agreed otherwise in writing. A Custom plan may have its own contract, which then prevails on the points it covers.
2. The service
WEBAVIS is online software (SaaS) that helps a business manage its own Google Business Profile: a local search score, a task list, reading and replying to reviews, posts, FAQs, local pages and measuring visibility in AI assistants, depending on the plan.
Each plan contains what the Pricing page describes on the day of subscription. Features marked "Soon" or "Roadmap" are not available yet and are not part of what is charged until they are.
WEBAVIS never writes, buys, sells or posts reviews, and does not guarantee any ranking on Google or in an AI assistant's answers.
3. Plans and prices
Prices exclude VAT; French VAT (20%) is added.
- Free: €0, with no time limit and no payment method.
- Pro: €19.90 excl. VAT per month.
- AVI: €59.90 excl. VAT per month.
- Custom: on quotation.
Each plan's limits (AI drafts per month, local pages, questions measured…) are shown in the app, on the Billing page.
WEBAVIS may change its prices. A price change to a running subscription is announced by email at least 30 days before it applies; a Customer who refuses it may cancel before that date at no cost.
4. Payment and invoices
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, by card or SEPA Direct Debit, through our payment provider Stripe. WEBAVIS never sees or stores card or bank account numbers.
Every payment comes with an invoice, sent by email and available from your account.
If a payment fails, it is retried automatically for about two weeks and the Customer is told by email. If every attempt fails, the plan is suspended: the Free plan's limits apply until the open invoice is paid, which restores the plan at once. No data is deleted.
Any sum unpaid when due bears late-payment interest at three times the French legal interest rate, plus a fixed €40 recovery fee (article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code). No discount is given for early payment.
5. Term, plan changes and cancellation
Subscriptions are monthly, with no minimum term, and renew each month until cancelled.
Moving to a higher plan takes effect at once; the current month is adjusted pro rata. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the month already paid.
The Customer may cancel at any time, at no cost and without giving a reason, from the account (Billing, "Manage my subscription") or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid: the Customer keeps the plan until then, then returns to the Free plan. Refunds are described in our cancellation and refund policy (webavis.ai/en/cancellation-refunds).
The Customer may also delete the account; its data is then erased within the periods given in the application privacy policy.
6. Right of withdrawal
As the contract is between businesses, the French consumer right of withdrawal does not apply, except in the case set out in article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code: a contract concluded off-premises with a business of five employees or fewer, outside its main activity. In that case the Customer has 14 days to withdraw, by writing to contact@webavis.ai.
7. What the Customer undertakes
- To give accurate information and keep sign-in details confidential; the Customer answers for what is done from the account and by its team members.
- To connect only Google listings it is authorised to manage.
- To read every AI draft before approving it: the Customer decides what is published in its name, and is responsible for it.
- To follow Google's rules and the law — in particular not to post fake reviews, not to buy reviews, and not to ask only satisfied customers for reviews.
8. Third-party services
WEBAVIS relies on services it does not control, first among them Google (listing and reviews) and AI engines (OpenAI, Google Gemini). If one of them changes, limits or suspends its service — or the Customer's listing — some features may be degraded; WEBAVIS tells the Customer and makes its best efforts to restore the service, without being liable for it.
9. Availability and liability
WEBAVIS takes reasonable steps to keep the service available and reliable; this is an obligation of means. Interruptions for maintenance or incidents may occur.
WEBAVIS's liability is limited to direct damage and, in total, to the sums the Customer paid in the 12 months before the event. WEBAVIS is not liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue, customers or rankings.
10. Personal data
How data is processed is described in the application privacy policy (webavis.ai/en/app-privacy). For the data the Customer entrusts to WEBAVIS — its listing, its customers' reviews, its team members — WEBAVIS acts as a processor under article 28 of the GDPR and uses it only to provide the service.
11. Intellectual property
The WEBAVIS software, interface and brand belong to WEBAVIS.AI. A subscription gives the Customer a personal, non-exclusive right of use for its duration.
The Customer keeps ownership of its content, including the texts it approves, and allows WEBAVIS to process them only as far as the service requires.
12. Suspension
WEBAVIS may suspend an account that seriously breaches these terms — for example fake reviews or fraudulent use — after warning the Customer by email, except in an emergency. Sums already paid for the current month are kept in the event of a breach by the Customer.
13. Changes to these terms
WEBAVIS may change these terms. Any significant change is announced by email at least 30 days before it applies; a Customer who refuses it may cancel before that date.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution, by writing to contact@webavis.ai. Failing that, the dispute goes to the Commercial Court of Nanterre.
